In this role, you will be part of a global ethics and compliance team that is responsible for ensuring that Netflix can use integrity to delight the world as we grow. As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving our Compliance Management System. Work:
Manage the process design and implementation of the learning management system of compliance. Engage with global and regional compliance leaders to develop educational content and compliance communications.
Oversee the development, delivery, tracking and reporting of content for internal and external compliance training. User interaction and user profile management in our learning management system.
The administrator requires anti-corruption training in our production worldwide, which includes: maintaining the integrity of the manufacturers, providing timely updates to the local authorities on their production, attending meetings and interactions (as necessary), communicating with internal and external stakeholders and tracking enrollment to ensure that students have. complete training. Solve technical problems and provide technical assistance to learners.
Maintain training data, reports and dashboards. Provide project management support for global compliance program planning.
Provide technical and administrative support for a wide range of hosting technologies, e.g. hard work, knowledge management and/or research tools, etc. Identify opportunities to adapt and improve the admissions process.
Is required
3+ years of extensive experience in legal operations or as a legal/compliance specialist in an international company or law firm.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced social environment, possess high intellectual curiosity, focus on delivering results, and demonstrate the highest personal and professional standards of ethics and integrity (especially where we are part of a global ethics and compliance group)
A technologist who excels at learning new technologies, creates efficiencies and believes that processes can always be improved.

Previous experience in learning management and development projects, LMS implementation and/or course design is also essential

Independent and quick learner, able to work independently while making independent decisions
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools is a plus
The ability to be a part of the compliance life of the business (or at least have an idea of how to make the ethics and compliance training interesting)
Flexible and willing / able to adapt and eventually grow in new areas beyond LMS administration
