Full Job Description:

It’s an extraordinary time to join Netflix as we continue to shape the future of entertainment. We bring new news to millions of people by promoting our content. We are always on the lookout for new business opportunities, exciting ideas that organically appeal to our audience. We want to find ways where no other brand has gone before, and ways to tap into the cultural zeitgeist through the way we promote our content.

As a marketing manager, you will be instrumental in planning, implementing and managing social media campaigns for various series and shows, both local and global.

We are looking for someone who:

have taken the natural risks of their work, won and failed, and learned from it. Someone who has the ability to tell a story from a good point of view in any format.
Have a track record of qualified marketing campaigns. The ones that make you laugh, think or even a little uncomfortable. Those who win awards and have strong business influence. Have a deep understanding of social media and experience building a strong, out-of-the-box social media strategy. Media builds, nurtures and sustains a community of supporters and reflects through unique voices and meaningful conversations. Advertising that knows one meme can be more powerful than buying 100 billboards.
A new advertising concept has moved away from traditional media (i.e. TV and OOH). Humble and assertive, who can contribute, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align on time with strategic plans and overall goals, and see collaboration works until the beginning.
Someone who can take critical feedback and has the maturity and confidence to decide what’s best for any campaign. Can express ideas clearly and logically.
Appreciate and enjoy technology. Is an effective collaborator in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. We want to react at the speed of culture, so agility is key. Main functions:
Lead upcoming film and early stage campaigns, from concept development to creative execution.
Act as a functional central liaison between internal teams, with a focus on managing work processes and the ability to coordinate, focus, organize and organize project feedback. Act as a point of contact with the creative industry – work, manage and provide feedback to create the best campaigns.
Have enough vision to run a campaign, but also do the day-to-day process (briefing, planning, budgeting and managing media resources in general)

A successful candidate has:

Minimum of 4+ years of experience running culturally relevant media. Experience managing high-profile campaigns alike, while working with a diverse team.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills. Be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously within deadlines.
Excellent in writing and speaking English.
