We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the APAC Production CFO, APAC CFO and Japanese Content Strategy & Analytics Director. This job focuses on both planning and administrative work. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, flexible and able to multi-task and multi-task with a strong organizational focus and focus an unbiased look at details at any time in a fast environment. This position is located in Tokyo, Japan. Finance teams interact with internal teams and external partners in multiple countries and time zones. A high level of organization and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks is essential. A person who is very curious and shows the necessary approach, and who shows good judgment, will be successful both in work and in Netflix.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Organize meetings, internally and externally, in different regions and time zones
Maintain a calendar, including booking and scheduling meetings
Organize travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Administrative services such as travel planning, expense reports, digital and physical bookings, ordering
Assist the APAC CFO with planning and programming tasks in local languages
Plan and manage small and large corporate event logistics, such as venue planning, guest invitations, event planning and gift giving.
Negotiate fair pricing while maintaining vendor and partner relationships, and track vendor invoices and payments.
Manage various on-site and off-site activities for the group
Strong internal and external communication
Prioritize and manage the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests in a timely manner
Be a liaison between teams and various projects
Creating presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Google Apps in English and Japanese
Remain flexible and available to perform other duties as required or assigned
Eligibility:
2+ years as a director or executive assistant with experience supporting multiple leaders
A team player who thrives in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
Experience scheduling teams and other organizations, including managing vendors and invoices
The right to confidentiality and to keep information confidential
Ability to handle requests and projects in a timely manner as needed
Experience in translation and interpretation when required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Apps
Interests and interests in the entertainment industry
Strong desire to learn more about financial institutions
