The Consumer Insights team works with our researchers and marketers to find careers focused on key audiences and online research into our world’s first movies and shows. This role is within the Core Group of the Research Support Group. Students are a core group of employee-focused members with a unique set of skills that work across all industries and geographies. The purpose of this program manager is to promote quality analysis and online research.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of how and when to best engage with business analytics partners. We also work with content search providers and with internal teams to refine and execute each analysis.
In This Job, You Will:
- Perform performance evaluations for web searches. This includes, but is not limited to, performance evaluation, quality control, data cleansing, incentive management, reporting, and supplier collaboration.
- View membership fees and performance in Netflix preview
- Manages solutions to logistics and scheduling issues in the labs
- Change Seek Priority and Timeout in Netflix Preview
- Support for strategies and planning of recruitment, corporate communication and research activities
- Identify opportunities for innovation using internal processes and data tools associated with the Netflix Preview Panel program
- Work with client, legal, geographic and post-production teams on Netflix Preview Club screenings
What We Are Looking For:
- 4-5 years of professional experience, particularly with experience in project management and online management.
- Rich experience with web research tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Decipher, Alida)
- Up to 5 years of experience in online pattern management, profile data, pattern and distribution analysis
- Exceptional ability to work with diverse groups. Effective verbal and written communication with peers and vendor partners
- Collect feedback from direct and cross-functional colleagues and consider our needs and risks.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Ability to make good decisions and have independent insights when developing concerns
- Flexibility to adapt to international time zones or other partners and partners as needed
- Passionate about research and the ability to bring the first TV shows and videos to consumers
