We are looking for a payment leader to set a vision for growth through the introduction of payments and strategic payment partnerships in the LATAM region (eg Mexico, Colombia and Peru). In this role, you will use one of the largest subscription services in the world, which will help us reach a high level of business efficiency and a large number of payment capabilities. The role requires internal involvement with a cross-functional team including business development, product, legal, analysts and data scientists to name a few and requires collaboration deep with world leaders in local and regional companies. In addition, this role requires managing and coordinating external relationships with key partners from financial institutions, card schemes and fintechs to improve payment efficiency and innovation, while maintaining the customer experience. You are an expert in payment infrastructure, processing and technology for the Mexican, Colombian and Peruvian markets. You have a vision for the payment area and demonstrate strategic vision in the case and payment. You have extensive experience in influencing external stakeholders, whether negotiating business contracts or developing new products.

You will be a high-impact contributor whose duties will include, but not be limited to:
Use our payment tools to improve the performance of existing payment methods, while exploring any new payment methods that prove useful.
Look for innovation in payments by considering important customer needs, regulations and technological trends that may affect the way Netflix pays in the near future compared to others. long words
Working alongside partner teams in managing relationships with financial institutions, card schemes and fintech to increase payment efficiency and innovation.
Get key payment metrics for your market and gain actionable insights to improve our customer experience, improve efficiency and ensure cost effectiveness.
Partner cross-functionally across the organization (Product, Engineering, Customer S, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to achieve what happened – whether optimization or market expansion and launching plans and products that will stimulate the growth of our business .
Eligibility:
3+ years experience managing large CNP/recurring payments either through client, provider or owner.
In-depth knowledge of payment technology is important for Mexico, Colombia and Peru
Great analytics has the ability to use data to make decisions
Extensive experience in coordinating and negotiating with payment partners
It is best to speak and write
Justice and integrity; ability to make key decisions quickly and independently
