Full Job Description:

Netflix Game Studio is looking for an experienced ASO Manager to join us in delivering the next generation of mobile games to a global audience. This service is part of the group of the best game sellers, increasing the discovery and conversion rates for Netflix games in the App Store and Google Play. We are looking for a strong and analytical ASO professional who wants to have a direct impact on business growth through innovative and innovative ASO strategies and processes. You will work closely with marketing teams, strategic partnerships, product, production, launch operations, release management and many others within the Netflix organization to help potential players find and install games from the internal office.

In this role, you will:

Manage a comprehensive ASO program for multiple titles on Google Play and the App Store, increasing visibility and increasing conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing strategies from start to finish, develop roadmaps and concepts, teach and provide feedback on creatives, apply research, analyze and share results and look at the long-term impact on the store. Implement text metadata optimization strategies for all markets: from keyword research to keyword research and regional planning.
Begin building and executing a comprehensive ASO strategy for Netflix games, identifying shared learning opportunities across brands. Create and continuously develop ASO best practices for Netflix games, working with internal stakeholders to share learnings across platforms.
Discover the games in ASO’s most important portfolio. Conduct research, research and media analysis for the selection of new names.
Work with the UA team to ensure consistent user experience from media release to install. Collaborate with Art Marketing to inform and provide feedback on App Store resources.
Engage in strategic partnerships to help shape Netflix’s strategy for advertising, in-app programming, and promotional content. Maintain a concise and organized database of ASO results and learnings to share across the organization, using this data to inform future plans.

We are looking for:

3+ years of ASO experience. Deep understanding of app store algorithms, optimization methods and effective strategies to improve app store performance and increase app installs.
Be comfortable presenting and communicating ASO technical concepts and analysis to an audience with extensive ASO knowledge. Experience working and managing relationships with ASO partner tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Data.ai, etc.
Experience driving overall strategy and execution to support a large ASO team. Excellent interpersonal skills, including building relationships and collaborating with internal team members and external vendors.
Good sense of responsibility and ownership. A high level of attention to detail and active hands-on thinking.
Comfort with project management, working in a fast-paced environment and completing multiple cross-functional projects.
