The Live Action team creates world-class experiences such as Women’s Pack: A Bridgerton Experience, Unexpected Things: The Experience and Unexpected Things: The Shop. The Solutions Associate will work with the Operations team to develop new tools and processes that will ensure the growth of the team is exciting for fans. Our team is small and will influence the entire life cycle of new ways of working.
What will you do:
- Collaborate with Live Experiences partners to understand challenges and improve performance in rapidly changing business environments.
- Review existing cross-functional processes such as vendor management, manufacturing and pipeline management, and financial planning to identify the biggest challenges and be important as a business intervention.
- There is end-to-end solution development and deployment of Live Experiences tools and systems, led by a Solution Manager.
- Research products and find problems that can be solved with new tools and techniques.
- Support the deployment and use of new processes and tools by answering routine questions through education and training materials.

- Experience working with stakeholders and product teams to identify gaps and develop solutions.
