The Partnership Strategy and Analysis (PS&A) team is responsible for assessing potential opportunities and evaluating the effectiveness of existing partnerships. During discussions, data and analytics are used to provide strategic advice to the business development team. When the partnership begins, we monitor performance and seek to improve. Membership affects millions of members and analytics is critical to Netflix’s growth.

Responsibility:

  • Evaluate the financial impact of the partnership
  • Financial forecasts and scenario model
  • Assess trade terms (e.g. discount, minimum guarantee)
  • Risk analysis and mitigation strategies
  • Report to the business development team on meeting activity based on the analysis described above.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of existing partnerships to come up with recommendations (best practices and areas for improvement)
  • Create a great presentation that showcases your analysis and helps stakeholders make a decision
  • Participate in collaborative tests and/or initiate customer research
  • Build a professional marketing strategy for key markets in Latin America
  • LATAM’s cross-functional analysis of trends and opportunities provides insights
  • Advise the client’s forecasting and budgeting team on current and future partnership needs

This position will be based in Mexico City and will report to both the PS&A Americas Director (based in Los Gatos) and the S&A LATAM General Manager (based in Mexico City). Responsibilities include optional trips (less than 10 per year) to shared sites in Latin America.

Eligibility

Candidates must be analytical and good communicators. Experience in management consulting or equivalent role is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently performing comprehensive analyzes and forecasting the business needs of corporate executives. They must thrive in a rapidly changing environment, be proactive, focused on creating results, and demonstrate the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.

Desire:

  • 4-6 years of experience, preferably in management consulting and/or corporate equivalent
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills but able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in preparing effective presentations with clear explanations and attractive images.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Power Excel is powerful
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on quantity in the program
  • Speaks English and Spanish. good command of Portuguese
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau is a strong asset.
