I’m thrilled to join Netflix as they continue to create global entertainment. Members can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on any internet-connected screen. Members can play, pause, and resume watching anything without ads or commitments.
They seek out consumer products and experiences because they believe a unique and personalized way to interact with the most popular IRL content and create long-term value will drive awareness/buzz. We want our products and experiences to stay fresh longer by promoting our brands and turning them into brands or franchises. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing licensed entertainment partners worldwide for the Experience Group. This role will help you identify potential partners and bring your work to life to open up new opportunities. You will become the communication “hub” between your licensing partners and internal partners, managing regular work schedules, financial reports and updated marketing.
What Will You Do:

- Discover new licensing joint venture opportunities.
- Work with our Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships team to identify and bring new ways to experience.
- Work with directors to identify new opportunities with new partners to reach and influence.
- Prepare sales and presentations to share with potential customers. Create plans and briefs for internal and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure that the correct documents are received by all licensees and must pay.
- We focus on unique and innovative collaborations that lead to community impact and discussion.
- I travel the world to find new opportunities/partners, attend business meetings and conduct quality reviews on existing projects.
- Put your whole business idea in “how to work” with all partners.
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to update progress and solicit feedback.
What Do You Need:
- 5+ years of proven industry experience in branded entertainment or related industry.
- Experience in permanent travel and tourism. Knowledge of business authorization. Good verbal and digital communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills. Ability to break stereotypes and find new solutions.
- Excellent writing skills using digital tools and Google suites. We’re always willing to take a risk when it comes to the best shows on Netflix.
