Main functions:
You will support the Benefits Program Manager to influence benefits planning, program design and implementation.
You will create clear benefits communication and update and update our internal and external benefits site. You will be constantly looking for operational efficiencies, working with HRIS, People Data Associates and external vendors to manage the tools we use to manage our benefits, and to find new solutions that help improve both value management and user experience through technology.

You will investigate customer complaint issues, identify root causes and develop long-term solution(s) with vendors. You will support the annual renewal in LATAM countries (4 countries), making our peers, research institutes and work processes.
You will be responsible for provider onboarding and FinOps support, generating PIC codes, onboarding new providers, bank processing and all required processes. In addition, he will support the Benefits Program Manager in managing relationships with vendors, consultants, suppliers and insurers.
You will work closely with external and internal stakeholders (HRIS, Payroll, HR Generalists, Finance Operations, and Benefits Broker/Consultants) to ensure accurate data exchange and efficient operation of our LATAM benefits program. . You will understand and break down the host region that dominates LATAM’s value. You will conduct data/invoice audits to ensure processes and policies are being implemented effectively and efficiently.
