  • Coordinate Travel Arrangements, Both Domestic And International, Including Passport Renewals And Visa Processing
  • Team Scheduling And Cross-Functional Offsite By Coordinating With Hotels And Vendors For Lodging, Dining, Flights, A/V, And Transportation
  • Process Expense Reports
  • Help Onboard New Employees To This Team
  • Demonstrate Professionalism In Communication With Internal And External Partners

Ability To Handle Special Projects And Ad Hoc Requests As Needed, E.G. Help With Presentation Preparation, Organizational Charts, Spreadsheets, Etc.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ Years As An Executive Assistant
  • Previous Experience Supporting Managers
  • Experience In Organizing Events Is An Advantage
  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills And The Ability To Multi-Task
  • Knowledge Of Google Workspace Preferred: Gmail, Gcalendar, Google Docs, Google Groups, MS Word/Excel
