Full Job Description:

The Product Marketing Manager coordinates our design, product management and marketing teams, both internal and external, to drive brand and sales strategy. You combine customer data and information to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Main function/function:

Work closely with customers, games and LiveOps to develop and ensure the execution of all product and business plans, push notifications, emails, game blockers, etc.
Have UA Player Attributes (replace LTV/ROAS predictions with something else): Configure events to drive high-quality players, monitor the quality of each event, and test other events so UA can improve their campaigns.
Create and execute marketing strategies for all messaging platforms, merchandise and marketing assets, and document them. Break down strategies to set goals
Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to understand and/or define KPI goals for CTR and conversion of marketing communications.
Partner with a publisher to run a VIP campaign and retain them
Develop messaging plans and timelines with internal teams for player communications, social media, and PR for in-game LiveOps events and strategic updates.
Work with a team of analysts on customer research, market research, competitive analysis and industry intelligence
Use analysis to make recommendations and pivot marketing strategies as needed
Use research to establish new game positions in the market, identify player segment(s), and identify valuable strategies and key messages that connect the right players to our game.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to managers and team members to help drive business, UA, marketing and strategic decisions.
Use customer insights to identify market opportunities and target demographics for Boss Fight products
Calculate the market size for the target player segment
Collaborate with team members to provide detailed sales forecasts and weekly and quarterly management reports as required. Act as a bridge to ensure compatibility between all internal and external teams, stakeholders, billing and communication channels for the product lifecycle.
Liaise with designers and engineers to ensure features can meet KPI objectives
Explain and analyze AB and various tests in the App Store and marketing campaigns
Work on re-engagement campaigns (when with local people) through push, email and social media to increase retention, especially of VIPs.
Having our App Store page, including updates when we have new features (icons, text, keywords, screenshots), ensures App Store optimization.
Create, organize and manage a library of product inventory and documentation
Manage all external activities, including inbound and outbound advertising or affiliate programs, and ensure they align with KPIs, strategies and goals.
Get in-game media control: including working with Unity and whitelisting/blacklisting

Demonstrated success in brand management, product sales, user acquisition and marketing strategy/promotion
