We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Content, Audience, Studio and Production Group within the client’s understanding. The role will be responsible for managing the scope of planning, organization and transportation. This position is based in the Los Angeles, CA office (New York also considered), and will support 2 Consumer Insights Directors.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-witted, flexible and able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail and regular details. A high level of organization and interest in working in many areas of the company is important. This is a team that covers many aspects of the business, so we need someone who will not only be a great day-to-day task, but can identify opportunities to make the team complete the world is organized and efficient. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage complex processes for multiple leaders, including booking and organizing meetings
Collaborate with other administrative assistants to regularly travel with senior executives, as well as external content creators.
Support diverse groups with members across multiple time zones
Organize travel arrangements, both domestic and international
Perform administrative tasks related to processing travel and expense reports in Workday
Keep records to track their work and progress
Manage internal/external events on various sites. Manage incoming and outgoing orders

Eligibility:

5+ years as an assistant working with senior executives in the entertainment industry
Strong written and communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Permissions in Google Suite include: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Groups
Day job experience (preferable)
Interest in entertainment and/or customer knowledge is a big plus
