The Netflix Finance Technology team manages and delivers applications for the changing needs of our financial organization. Our team is looking for an outgoing and ambitious Business Systems Analyst to work in a fast-paced development environment with multiple business customers within the company.
This position will reside in the company’s headquarters in Mexico City and will report to the Director, Financial Technology. Functions:
Gather requirements, implement and support services for the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking module. Work with cross-functional teams within Netflix including Global Payroll, Human Resources, Accounts, Benefits and Product Management.
Organize and manage business process details and work dates. Create reports and dashboards using the report writer.
Develop and maintain integration (PECI/EIB), for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems. Develop and manage accounting workflows.
Required Qualifications/skills:
At least 5 years of experience working in the payment system. Working knowledge of global payment systems and processes.
Topic Expert in the following Workday modules: Payroll and Time Tracking. Experience working on third party payment documentation (PICOF/PECI).
Knowledge of payments and budgets. Good knowledge of software development life cycle and quality assurance processes.
Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) process. Ability to work effectively with business staff in design, development and assurance of solutions.
Communication skills are built on writing.
