What To Do:
Manage strategic partnerships with 10+ card networks, PSPs and wallet fintechs to drive growth and reduce average transaction costs
Find new partnerships and support negotiations, from due diligence to contract execution
Analyze performance, identify trends and create opportunities for improvement while quickly and systematically iterating on deviations from the original plan.
Influences leadership and collaborates with peers in product/engineering, research, and marketing to develop strategies that drive growth in revenue and bottom line.
Optimize the payment experience and back-end processes to increase business results across all marketing channels
Manage industry expertise and create market opportunities and competitive strategies
What You Will Need:
4+ years of work experience in a quantitatively focused sector (consulting, finance, investment banking, product management) or previous Fintech experience
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort digging deep into data; experience building plans based on data-driven observations
Good command of Excel, SQL or other analytical tools; It’s okay to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations based on insufficient information
Demonstrated experience in owning and executing strategies to deliver tangible results across organizations in high-level, business and non-confrontational environments.
Effective communication and writing that can integrate data from multiple sources to tell compelling stories, tailor communication styles to suit audiences, and more.
“Do something virtual” behavior – the willingness to roll over and interact with analysts and managers, across multiple teams and objectives, to get things done.
