We are looking for a full-time lead developer with experience in wealth creation, game balance and progression systems. The ideal candidate will have the unique ability to manage financial resources and successfully build fun game systems with a deep social experience in mind. This position will work with the Creative Director, Lead Gameplay Designer, UX team, and engineering team to bring sustainable RPG systems to life.

As a lead systems developer, you… Design and implement key development systems including economics and UX
Live metagame system and story structure
Work with designers, artists and UX engineers to create pipelines and processes
Contribute to basic combat and meet design efforts
Create organizational documents and guidelines for the development team
About You:
Ability to lead a team of developers
Accept reviews and comments
Able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
Independent, willing to find answers and ask questions as needed
The attention to detail and desire to play the game is fantastic
Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of RPG progression systems
Experience with business models and their implementation
Story planning and writing experience
At least two action RPG games have been released
You Will Like To See:
Experience working with Unreal Engine
Interest in cooperative games
Play many games in different formats
Works well with external teams on site
Enjoy learning new skills, teaching others and fostering positive relationships
Experience in developing pipelines and data structures for new game systems
