Netflix is looking for a public policy coordinator for the DACH region. This is a full-time position in our Berlin office. This position will report to the head of public policy DACH and ensure that the policy and regulatory environment continue to improve the success of our business. You will participate in the education and communication of the group, provide interesting information about the policy issues that affect us, support our position on the policy and work with the company’s partners and partners other areas. In This Role, You Will:
Identify, analyze and analyze important political processes, legislative and legislative proposals, important news and politics that may affect Netflix in the DACH region.
Support for the development and improvement of the public law presence in the various countries of the DACH region;
This Includes:
Assists in building and maintaining relationships with various public and private operators to represent Netflix and its business models;
Working in partnership with other public law representatives in the technology, entertainment and media communities, acting as a representative of Netflix in important marketing needs or other companies;
Support the development and preparation of events, presentations, announcements and submissions of recommendations and internal briefings;
Help develop and implement plans and programs to strengthen our connections with the local creative community, in collaboration with other Netflix partners. Work closely with international and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment with various goals and plans.

To be considered for this job, you must have:
Demonstrated experience in policy-related work in government organizations, legislatures, policy agencies, policy research agencies or government relations departments,
A good understanding of the audiovisual industry and a strong curiosity for the Internet, media and entertainment industry,
Demonstrated common sense, strong analytical and analytical skills, ability to work well under pressure, manage time and (re)prioritize projects, and the ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously,
Ability to cover a wide range of issues and to work in a network of associations, consultants, lawyers and other partners,
Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English. Knowledge of French, Dutch or Nordic languages will be considered a plus.
Experience with legal/constitutional matters and some knowledge of media and copyright law is also acceptable, but not essential. Willingness to travel occasionally
