The main purpose of the position is to manage the tax affairs of the group in Argentina and the southeast of LATAM (Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay). Sr. Tax Manager will be responsible for:

Tax Compliance – Effectively manage indirect and direct tax compliance (federal, regional and local taxes) ensuring timely tax returns and payments. Tax monitoring tools – ensure that tax monitoring tools are maintained and properly updated on all relevant transactions and taxes.
Transfer Pricing – Effectively manage all transfer pricing and reporting processes through the local tax office and external consultants, ensuring that transfer pricing reports and filings are completed in a timely manner. Tax Business Partner – Provide advice to the business department and tax management on tax issues affecting operations, new businesses, new contracts, including technical tax research, development procedures and / or procedures to solve tax problems and it is any disclosure, writing technical notes to support these. situation. Professional experience in taxation in multinational companies.
