Full Job Description:
The Designer/Stylist designs and produces DIY projects for Hobby Lobby clients to recreate and designs sets and displays for various marketing platforms. This person also designs and models products for manufacture and sale in Hobby Lobby stores. Main functions:
Develops original skills and/or foundations based on technical direction and customer-focused customer needs
Document step-by-step instructions for each project, including supply lists, SKU numbers, and important tips
Make sure the art and/or background is ready for the photo shoot
Perform all tasks on time as per technical instructions and client’s needs and customer focus
Keeps knowledge of the design process up to date
Learns new techniques, tools and mediums as needed
Adheres to all packaging procedures
He works closely with peers and sets the tone for interactions between groups
Keeps work area clean and orderly
Adhere to all technical/natural safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
Fits in with other jobs and activities
Contributes to the team effort by working with the right attitude
