Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant relevant experience.
3 years of program or project management experience. Experience working in cross-functional technical projects.

Candidate Qualifications:

3 years of experience in the management of transversal projects or between teams. Experience in planning through program monitoring, escalation, communication and process.
Experience leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs and a track record of success. Team management is responsible for diversity, equity and participation, experience working closely with leaders and interacting with diverse people.

Empower activists and leaders to be key drivers of diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations as well as Google Cloud and Google as a whole. Assists senior executives in conducting company meetings.
Create consistent DEI plans within the organization and work with the Board to deploy them across Google Cloud and Google. Create and execute a plan for tracking and sending regular updates to our DEI stakeholders to keep them informed of our new initiatives and DEI status.
Support other initiatives related to the organization and/or Google DEI, such as mentoring, support, recognition, and training programs.
