Manufacturing technicians perform the following tasks:

- Respond to secondary packaging equipment problems and perform troubleshooting, clearing jams, and maintenance.
- Change secondary packaging and assist machine users in changing primary packaging.
- Responsible for secondary packaging quality analysis including more coding and aesthetics.
- We support tech users with quality checks on core packages, including more coding, aesthetics, and secure binding.
- Ideal outing of the palletization equipment and respond to the jam.
- Works for the Supersack station. We demonstrate and understand security as a key value and adhere to the security priorities outlined in our security solutions.
- Encourage and inspire others to do the same.
- Understand and follow established safety procedures and follow all safety procedures (e.g. PPE, lockout tag).
- We support food safety, legality and quality programs.
- Maintain quality products by following good practices, food safety precautions, special products and quality procedures.
- Use analytics tools to monitor and record quality metrics.
