We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. We are responsible for managing sales growth and critical support cases raised by companies and corporate clients. In this role, our team provides quick and efficient solutions to our most pressing customer support issues.

The Right To Head

2+ years in a growing technical support role.
Experience as a point of contact technology service for critical escalations from corporate, academic and government clients. Experience responding to critical escalations at a customer-facing and internal management level
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in stressful or ambiguous situations with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
Deep technical understanding and recognized industry certifications in one or more of the following areas: Networking and Wi-Fi, Endpoint Security, AzureAD and Exchange, MDM/EMM/UEM
Ability to effectively participate in and conduct conference calls with large mixed audiences. Very familiar with Apple device integration and device management.
Microsoft services experience used by our customers using native applications on Apple hardware is a plus. Gain an understanding of Microsoft Azure features, state-of-the-art analytics, including supported authentication for AxM, Exchange services, Intune (other MDM vendors are also optional), other Microsoft services, and how these services work with Apple products.
Consistent track record of collaboration, programming, problem solving, leadership and relationship management. Challenge yourself to find ways and means for new projects or goals.
Work on significant and unique problems where the analysis of situations or data requires the analysis of things that cannot be done. Make independent decisions on methods, methods and research criteria to achieve results.

Key Functions Include:
