This graphic design position specializes in the design and development of text and images for print and digital media for Hobby Lobby corporate advertising. Duties include creating designs for inspirational art brochures, posters, public graphics, brochures and more, as well as maintaining and maintaining corporate branding standards for all media. This position works with team members and key stakeholders to plan, analyze, coordinate and create excellent visual displays and all assigned tasks to best represent Hobby Lobby.

Main Functions:

Collaborate with team leaders and planners to achieve project goals in designing and creating graphics, prototypes and designs.
Creates designs with strong technical capabilities that meet multiple functions
Proposes creative ideas to team leaders and creative coordinators
Performs all design work based on the needs of customers and Hobby Lobby customers and respects the technical standards of departmental standards.
Meet all deadlines while juggling multiple projects
Keeps knowledge of the design process up to date
Use patience and common sense to solve problems effectively
He works closely with peers and sets the tone for interactions between groups
Keeps work area clean and orderly
Adhere to all technical safety standards and procedures, including the use of PPE (personal protective equipment). Fits in with other jobs and activities
