Responsibility
- Analyze and report reliability requirements across Google’s engineering organization, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/technical infrastructure. You must be familiar with instructional design processes and adult learning concepts, principles and practices to apply this knowledge to adult learners.
- Manage the design, development, release and ongoing end-to-end delivery of training content for Professional Engineers. Work with the SRE team and experts to develop and maintain ongoing training for all workplaces.
- We perform needs analysis, develop solutions that can be learned, and develop customer guides, web content, and evaluation strategies.
