Harness the Power of Data: Utilize data analytics and statistics to develop innovative tools for pricing and route optimization, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Smooth Sailing with Documentation: Issue bills of lading and arrange freight insurance for international shipments, ensuring all paperwork is handled seamlessly.
Keep Tabs on Shipments: Track all shipments handled by the company on a daily basis, maintaining visibility and transparency throughout the process.
Deliver Stellar Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Master of Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with agents to ensure timely pickup and return of containers, keeping operations running smoothly.
Negotiate Like a Pro: Negotiate rates and costs with agents and customers, finding win-win solutions for all parties involved.
Stay Organized: Maintain organized files and records, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Navigate Regulations: Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations affecting international cargo movement, ensuring compliance at all times.
Requirements
Logistics Expertise: 2+ years of experience in import/export logistics, with a strong understanding of ocean and air imports and exports.
Customer-centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with professional digital logistics tools.
Team Player: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
