Full Job Description:

Design and deliver a unique and exciting customer experience.
Records sales and accounts assigned, provides courteous, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.

Customer Experience:

Attract customers and patients by greeting them and helping with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Models and shares best practices for customers with all teams to deliver a unique and enjoyable customer experience, including social behaviors (e.g. greeting, looking, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service characteristics ( for example, helping, identifying needs, serving until satisfied, etc.).

Work:

Provide courteous, friendly, prompt and efficient customer service. Prepares items for sale to customers and recommends imports and/or friendly items.
Registers customer purchases in assigned ledgers, collects cash and issues change as required; cancellation procedures, returns, rain checks, refunds and exchanges as required. Keeps inventory and shelves clean and tidy, records inventory and maintains records. Inventory and price products as required or as directed by the store manager or team leader. Implements company asset protection measures to identify and minimize profit loss.
Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (eg alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). Build and manage presentations, including support, timing, production and sales products. Perform resets and resets as directed. Assists in separating food (eg raw and cooked food) and keeping products according to plans/processes (eg raw and frozen meat on small shelves). For these consumables, help in the transformation of products, using import, export and products. Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
Provides photo customer services, including digital passport photo services, poster printing and creative machines, sales of recommended promotional photo products. Working on web delivery (viewing orders in Foto Care Plus, filling orders (selecting items), ordering customers to arrive at the store).
Assists with the exterior and interior by ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness and condition of the store. Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues.
Performs special duties and other duties as assigned. Training & Personal Development
Attend training and complete PPL requested by manager or assigned by company.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. (Except in Puerto Rico)
Requires willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend hours.
