In this role, you will lead and be responsible for the commitment of your team during their shift to maintain the highest level of safety, quality, attendance and efficiency. You will also play a key role in managing our customer expectations to ensure that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right place. Our service system consists of three main elements: First Mile – where products are stored and ready to order; Middle Mile – where orders are delivered in your area; and Last Mile – when the product is delivered to the customer’s door. Please note that all projects have a slightly different design, but one thing remains constant: our vision and our dedication to the client. Main functions:

Support, advise and inspire others
Manage safety, quality, productivity and delivery commitments to customers
Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Operations Coordination, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop strategies to achieve business goals.
Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk for 12 hours, twisting, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching repeatedly, as well as climbing stairs continuously.
Work in environments where sound levels vary and are subject to varying temperatures and weather conditions (ports including outdoor entry work and food areas including refrigerated environments)
Work a shift schedule (weekend and/or night work)

Key features:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma
6+ months of leadership experience in a commercial, distribution or similar environment
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
You must have at least 1 year of computer experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours and be able to push, pull, squat, bend and reach repeatedly.
Must be able to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
Must be able to work flexible hours/times/areas including weekends, nights and/or holidays
