The DSE Operations Center Senior Manager is responsible for providing 24/7 support to the Disney Signature Experience by staying on top of business conditions and related impacts, responding to incidents, and notifying customers. You will lead a team of project management professionals and respond to the implementation of the company’s safety management system requirements, safety plans and other regulations and standards. You will coordinate company activities and programs to test response capabilities for various incidents, including all aspects of incident response and crisis communications. You will be responsible for the management – DSE Operations Center and the management and control of all distribution teams within this group. You will coordinate your work with other offices within the company that provide similar support services, primarily the Global Security Communications Center and the WDW Security Operations Center. You will work with the DSE Operations Center Manager to outfit and equip the physical DSE Operations Center with adequate systems and equipment necessary to meet DSE’s business needs. Maintain key partnerships and strong relationships with DSE companies and TWDC stakeholders. Cultivate and establish industry contacts with a focus on improving organizational structure, status and awareness. You will report to the CEO, Safety, Security, Environmental Policy and Compliance.

Functions:

Develop a comprehensive risk assessment plan for each EHR organization, working with business leaders to lead responses to multiple high volume / low impact and low frequency / impact outcomes.

Create an exercise plan that includes workshops, lectures and workshops (tables and exercises) to test the organizational ability to respond to events, set and achieve goals, and create a support plan that covers all aspects of the response.

Serve as an exercise coordinator, develop exercise plans and objectives, and lead organizational feedback processes

Lead the DSE office manager and emergency management professionals

Complete the EHR Operations Center tasks in company policies, including safety management systems, safety plans and other documents

Be aware of the factors affecting the EHR industry to stay on top of the latest information and news that will improve situational awareness.

Continue to promote support for DSE projects

Lead the development of budgets to support program goals and plans

Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve the ongoing operations of the EHR Operations Center

Develop performance metrics and KPIs for EHR Operations Center support programs and supported organizations

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the CEO – Safety, Security and Environmental Policy and Compliance
