Full Job Description:
The Legal Services Department is a strategic partner in Disney’s Legal and Global Affairs organization, and plays an important role in helping things run smoothly within the legal profession. This service will organize and support events, quickly and be a critical place to make people get the help they need.
Key functions will include:
Organize all materials and details to ensure that the various programs and activities of the law are clear and well organized in the relevant departments of the company.
Ensure operational efficiency (shipping merchandise, escalations, issuing guest forms, parking passes, updating online information). As the main method for questions within the department, the Coordinator will provide good supervision to his colleagues, ensure that everyone is sent to the right place and get the right information.
In collaboration with the Professional Specialist, manage the legal department’s MCLE program, including providing logistical support to internal MCLE and attendance and credit tracking. Provide support for department offices, including but not limited to office operations, customer request tracking and coordination between various building management teams, as well as coordinating data collection requests and support of daily installations, service requirements and services.
Provide logistical support for conducting CLE and training programs, including planning MCLE programs in the TWDC Audio Visual, Media and IT departments; coordinate presenters and preparation of materials, provide publicity, prepare MCLE materials, and track attendance and program status; maintain an internal database of internal MCLE classes and generate reports as required. Provide program management and departmental communications support.
Provide general administrative support to the regulatory department as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience preferred.
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel as well as Microsoft Access, Project and SharePoint. It is easy on web publishing tools, communication platforms, project management of choice
- Must be task oriented and dedicated to the success of the entire project team
- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an instinct for performance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to use competent judgment
- Work hard by nature and be strong enough to follow through
