As the Spa Services Manager, you will direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tenaya Stone Spa at the Grand Californian Hotel with the goal of providing an exceptional guest experience. You will provide leadership in all spa functions including front desk operations, reservations, front desk, housekeeping and spa services.

You will focus on ensuring exceptional client and customer service by:

  • Supervise all guests and spa experiences. He sets aside time for all team members who occasionally work at the spa.
  • We are familiar with all spa services and products, and educate and train our clients and members.
  • Promote spa treatments, services, meetings, purchases, services and special promotions.
  • Respond to questions and concerns from guests and members.
  • We achieve customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely responses to all our customer inquiries.
  • Regularly attend/participate in leadership training and continuing spa education to stay current on practices.

  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience in a spa/hotel environment.
