Full Job Description:

As a member of the Advanced Analytics and Optimization team, you will play a key role in developing new analytics solutions to provide systematic analysis of marketing activities across all media channels.

You will help facilitate the visualization and integration of marketing features, organize and improve data systems, and improve our reporting using analytics to provide the best opportunities for the Disney parks and resorts business. This role will support the cast team in evaluating digital marketing performance based on advanced marketing channel reporting methods.

You will help this team support models, manage data storage and improve data structure. You may also be challenged to find new solutions to business questions by analyzing sales performance across traditional channels and sectors, providing insights into our customers and target audiences, and translating research findings. is high enough to be a visible recommendation for a single ad.

Key Features:

Knowledge of relational and conceptual database systems and expressing these database queries in SQL. Programming experience with analytical software such as R and/or Python.

Acknowledgment of the needs and skills necessary to perform appropriate data support tasks. A passion for innovation and problem solving, with a continuous drive to improve processes.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new applications and software platforms. An understanding of statistical concepts, such as linear and logistic regression, experimental and experimental design, time series prediction, and statistical analysis.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred). Experience with sales KPIs and performance reports.

Experience with digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Experience in travel industry, audience research and/or customer data.

Understanding of marketing strategy. Experience in digital marketing channels.

Demonstrated knowledge of Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Lines and Disneyland products and services.

Education Requirements:

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a graduate or recent graduate (within 6 months of your graduation date), pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business analysis, statistics, information systems management, economics, marketing or other related quantitative fields.
