Customer Insights, Measurement and Analysis (CIMA) is part of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Within CIMA, the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team is focused on developing the best analytical methods to capture data, analyze and optimize our digital channels and contact information, to improve customer satisfaction and business results. We are looking for a talented digital analyst with a passion for research and digital technology to play a critical role in delivering accurate and insightful research to guide decision-making across the organization through data management and innovation. This level requires you to have a strong attention to detail and curiosity. You should also be comfortable working with multiple partners, preparing and extracting data, preparing reports and reporting on data.

This position leads the Manager, Digital Analytics focused on DisneyWorld.com and the My Disney Experience mobile app and is an independent contributor within the responsible team.
