Event attendants work the magic behind the scenes by organizing our restaurant for special events. They can perform various functions which include breakfast, lunch, dinner or night activities. Heavy lifting associated with setting up and taking down activities is an important part of this job. They are responsible for procuring, assembling and arranging tables and chairs for all banquet events/services, in order to organize banquets, maintain all event spaces, clean and organized storage areas, lounges and work areas.

Functions:

Responsible for interacting with our guests behind the scenes in a positive and friendly manner

Responsible for setting up the restaurant/event by setting up tables and chairs in the event space, including linens.

Change and configure the air wall

Acquire, assemble and arrange tables and chairs according to the party schedule

Gather all materials/resources needed to perform the activity

Cutlery and silverware, glassware and tableware for all events and places are designated

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant during events and removing trash

Sweep, dust, vacuum and perform general cleaning in meeting rooms and events

Keeps all activity spaces, storage areas, storage areas and work areas clean and organized

Keeps the house cool during holidays and events (ie port)
