Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with dental insurance inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and detailed information about dental insurance plans and policies
- Help customers understand claim processes and resolve any claim-related issues
- Update customer information and policies accurately in the system
- Assist in processing applications and renewals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software
- A friendly and empathetic attitude towards customers
