Responsible for maintaining technical understanding of issues related to customer product lines and planning and supporting retention and restructuring plans.
• Effectively manage “on-the-job” customer relationships – communicate with customers to improve performance within projects and manage the execution of contractual obligations to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. • Coordinates and directs customer services from the MRO service delivery company to business unit stakeholders and key contract stakeholders.
• Develop, manage and deliver customer performance metrics, customize / dashboard customer business analytics as required. Maintain product line expertise through ongoing training.
• Ensure that in-house business managers fully understand the technical aspects of account agreements and key deliverables. • Responsible for being the subject matter expert for all customer contracts in the region
• Gather the client’s contractual requirements including; logistics, planning, engineering, documentation, contacts, waiting days, materials, etc.
• The main point of contact for the customer manages all aspects of service delivery requirements. • Provide customer feedback and business forecasts. Understand and resolve operational customer dissatisfaction issues. • Manage the achievement of customer satisfaction goals. Identify and develop sales opportunities with the Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Participate as a team leader in customer negotiations and closing new sales opportunities.
• Collect unpaid bills and prepare an analysis of the value of customer contracts in the region.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance or related field is required.
• 5+ years of technical experience/knowledge in Aerospace, Airline or MRO industry specifically Delta Technical Operations required. • Proven track record in customer service and interpersonal development.
• Demonstrated experience in budget planning and execution is essential. • Experience in lean, six sigma or other process improvement methodologies preferred.
• Expertise in analysis and problem solving required. • Project management capabilities to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. • Must be highly skilled in written and oral communication and able to create concise and relevant documents and presentations for clients and senior management.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities in a timely manner. • Organized travel requires 25% – 30% per year.
• Advanced computer skills (eg. shows and magazines).
• Where applicable, must have received or be willing to receive a COVID-19 vaccine by the date of employment to be considered for US-based employment, if Delta Air Lines, Inc is currently inactive. • Demonstrate that privacy is paramount when processing personal data.
