Customer service personnel will be scheduled to work a single shift of between 20 and 40 hours per week. Functional activities include breathing, bending, bending, standing and walking. Subject to work in bad weather. Exercise caution in all operational processes and procedures while adhering to time constraints.
Pick up, load, unload and transfer information and cargo to aircraft, plus ensure timely delivery. Protect cargo and information from damage, loss and weather.
Drive slowly and operate ground equipment such as forks, forks and tractors in crowded areas. Pick up and load cargo frequently in the truck and ensure that each shipment reaches its destination.
Performs computer checks to ensure mail and cargo are properly delivered to destination. Demonstrates safety-conscious behavior in all work processes and procedures.
