As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will join a marketing-focused team in a high-level call center focused on listening, caring and connecting with customers. Job Summary:
Customer Experience Professionals connect with customers over the phone and create experiences where customers know they’ve been heard and understood and feel valued and important, which is accomplished by:

Specialists in selling travel-related services, including car rentals and partner credit card products. Customer Experience Professionals demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, excellent reliability, ability to handle stressful situations, have strong computer skills, adapt to a fast-paced environment and the ability to learn and to act quickly. Employees will have the opportunity in the future to advance in a team of professionals who respond to customer complaints or solve complex international ticketing problems. Compensation and Training:
The position is also eligible for performance-based incentives after a six-month probationary period, flexible cash for PM changes, monthly salary sharing if the company meets KPIs, and salary increases.
Successful candidates will participate in comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training. Classroom training includes teaching, observation, testing and performance measurement.
After training, we will assign new employees to a shift that may differ from your training shift and will include two consecutive days off, possibly in the middle of the week. New employees will continue to work until the employee is eligible to apply for a change of their choice. New employees are eligible to sign up for the New Exchange and First Exchange offer after completing new employee training. Employers offer opportunities for change every 3-4 months. New employees are assigned PM hours and days off in the middle of the week until they can work different shifts depending on their level. Delta operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we will always have customers who need us.
