Working as a Customer Service Representative (“CSA”) is important in demonstrating that we understand the requirements of air travel and our goal is to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. as pleasant as possible for our customers. As a member of our team, you will work in a fun team environment. The position involves a variety of duties including but not limited to: ticket counter operations, check-in, gate handling, connection/rerouting management, baggage handling, general oversight of flight operations.

Job Summary:

Overview of all business partnership activities. Safety and Security Agreement. Supports the Station Manager / OSM in all administrative tasks (budget planning / cost control / processing of invoices / personnel related documents, etc.). Complete and transmit statistics, reports, inventory, passenger complaints, insurance claims and responses from complaint resolution staff. Manage communications and DL management channels, with peers within and outside the station. By line of work (general lines not limited to)–

the management of flight transfers and coordination with the various actors involved in the proper coordination of flights, including all the tasks necessary for customer care and accepting their goods,
description of the ground staff and organization,
check-in, ticketing services and gate management, scheduling and speed,
The troubleshooting link will not be provided to unsolicited customers,
Customer assistance with baggage requests, lost and found, commercial disputes, global assistance

Admin: Performs monitoring and evaluation of the station, manages the ordering of the station, control of the cost of the station, etc.

All employees are expected to practice safety practices in all processes and procedures. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
Requires a strong/broader background in airport customer service rather than a wing role in an airline or ground handling company.
Minimum experience required in this wing airport slot – 1-2 years
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a space in a collaborative environment is required
Must be able to manage multiple priorities by working with various business partners and meeting customer needs in a timely manner
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
Must have a valid driving license for France
Must be fluent in English and French (spoken, read, written)
