  • Assign, direct, direct, direct and approve the work of third party professionals and contractors.
  • Track assigned tasks through to completion, including timely reporting to management on daily performance results. Refer incomplete work to the next shift.
  • If necessary, ensure that maintenance procedures are updated daily. • Monitor, modify, repair, install and assemble all equipment and buildings related to the construction site.
  • Ensure the quality of the site through simple maintenance. As expected, Delta Air Lines knows the equipment and infrastructure to perform these tasks.
  • Ensure continued reliability of maintenance facilities by maintaining and maintaining compliance with all Delta Air Lines policies and all state and federal guidelines. Practice safe behavior in all operations and procedures.
  • Maintain, modify, repair or assemble and operate any equipment or material available at the maintenance facilities. This includes, but is not limited to: cooperation; water cooling system; hot water heating system; sandals; Cold air; simple plumbing; fire extinguishing system; generators from 50 to 13,800 volts; backup or standby generators, transformers; and manual/automatic transmission.
  • Work to meet performance standards and deliverables as discussed by the Facility Manager. • Maintain satisfactory records of operational management and safety training requirements.
  • Supervise, supervise and operate the management of the building. The starting wage for MSP technicians is $4/hour for licensed boilers at $29.73/hour.

Internal Transfer Eligibility:

  • Doing a good job in your current job (no improvement in performance – written report, formal report or final grading report – in the last 6 months). • You must have held your current position for at least one year.
  • Complete all preliminary work and assessments, if necessary.

  • A 1B boiler room permit is required.
  • Our current position we are hiring is from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. a few days off
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and driver’s license. State that privacy comes first when handling personal information.

  • Eligible licenses include at least one of the following licenses issued by the State of Minnesota: An AIDS card is required.
  • Experience in the operation of mechanical equipment and/or electrical equipment, as applicable. Ability to maintain, repair, refurbish, assemble, install and operate site maintenance equipment
  • Work in confined spaces and at heights greater than 75 feet. Must be computer literate and, where applicable, able to perform construction related tasks.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.
