Full Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a central role in demonstrating Delta’s commitment to our customers by making their journey as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the work related to tickets and special passengers, as well as the work required for passenger boarding and embarkation, including collecting passengers’ luggage and transporting it to the bag used for delivery on the spot. · Greet customers effectively, assess their needs, explain Delta technology and guide them accordingly.
- Positive impact on customers using airport technology, making the airport better, faster and better for all customers.
- Display a positive image of Delta.
- Provide information to customers while ensuring service delivery.
- Effectively coordinate with internal resources while working under time constraints and pressures to ship flights on time.
- Perform a variety of tasks according to the functional assignments of the task areas. However, agents can be cross-used and should perform all functions.
- Certain roles, responsibilities and functions may change or be added based on location and performance.
- May vary depending on working hours and holidays.
- May be required to work outside.
- Practice safety awareness in all operations and procedures.
How to be good (minimum)
- You must know English and Italian for oral and written communication.
- Employees must have sufficient employment documents to work/live in Italy at the time of application.

- You must be willing to work scheduled and/or flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Employees must be able to type at least 30 words per minute in order to use the agent computer configuration.
