Cabin Experience Agents will work with the new team to ensure that all aircraft interiors meet the Delta CareStandardSM level of cleanliness for every flight to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a cabin experience agent, you play a key role in maintaining the strength of our brand by maintaining a positive and professional attitude on and off the job.

Summary of Responsibilities (excluding all duties):

  • Carry and transport maintenance equipment and cleaning supplies required to maintain the aircraft. Perform aircraft safety inspections in accordance with applicable safety and security procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive and operate ground equipment such as trucks, trailers and forklifts safely in busy areas. The aircraft lavatories are maintained to the latest safety standards.
  • Fold and clean and/or scan where you need it. Operate electronic and computer equipment to clean and sweep aircraft to required standards.
  • Practice safe behavior in all operations and procedures.
