Work
Assist Product Managers with escalation and defects (detection, analysis, defect control, defect testing, defect analysis, defect analysis and quality prioritization).
Assist product leaders with initiatives to include planning and reporting updates, capability updates, APC plans, product demonstrations, testing and IT team support (daily downtime). Critically analyze information collected from multiple sources, organize data, analyze data, and summarize it in a clear way to guide business decisions.
Support product release, scheduling and delivery management.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
1-3 years of related experience in product, IT and/or aviation industry.
Excellent understanding of product management practices. Excellent understanding of software development processes and agile development processes.
Project management experience required. Experience identifying customer experience problems and strategies to solve them.
Experience in data collection, data analysis and analysis required. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority by building strong relationships and partnerships in high-stakes environments.
Self-starter with strong leadership skills and the ability to organize and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing interests. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude and ability to manage change effectively.
Where required by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive a COVID-19 vaccine by the date of employment to be considered for US-based employment, if Delta Air Lines, Inc. currently working. Demonstrate that privacy is a top priority when processing personal data.
