We are hiring in-house sales representatives with strong organizational, strategic and communication skills and who want to build successful client relationships in both the commercial and social arenas. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling Dell products and services (via phone, web or email) to specific customer areas and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position gives you the opportunity to work in the right environment and use your sales experience, as you develop your career into the first sales and / or executive position in a Fortune 50 company.

An Inside Sales Representative participates in a 4-week sales training program, where you will receive in-depth training on our products, Dell sales models and our internal tools. During this training, you will gain hands-on experience and assistance from your peer mentor and through live coaching and training sessions. In addition, you will benefit from ongoing training throughout the year that will systematically strengthen your technical and business skills. What you will get

As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for developing business with existing customers, and you will develop relationships with new customers. You will be:

Invite small business leaders to develop new customers and retain and grow existing customers

Responsible for driving 50-70 outbound calls and emails with the goal of selling to new prospects and/or promoting products and services to existing customers.

Provide a unique experience for small business customers by advising them on the best technologies to ensure the success of their business

sell Dell’s complete portfolio of customers; Includes desktops, laptops, services and applications for small business customers
