The Identity Analyst will be responsible for managing prospects and stakeholders in the application, design, implementation and troubleshooting of integration and identity management systems. This role will also be responsible for various aspects of asset management, including maintenance, operations and capacity planning, security, and support. Individuals in this role will need to understand and define global technology and business needs. This includes participating in research, documentation, support/refining solutions, migration and hypercare. This is a large technical project responsible for the design, implementation and stability of the identification system in the purchasing department. WORK:

● Leads ongoing technology development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

● Automatic and up-to-date with existing systems.

● Collaborate with functional teams to ensure quality of installation and configuration.

● Maintains knowledge of company processes, regulations and standards, and related technologies.

● Design, build, operate and deploy: advanced solutions and other IAM features required for large platform projects.

● Ensure all research is completed and documented prior to production.

● Creates and documents standard operating procedures, IAM policies and technical documentation (ie flow sheets; documentation).

● Provides expertise in related identity solutions, modules, IAM tools, platforms, configurations, tools and active logs, access account management, integration, provisioning, public key resources and other identity tools is important.

● Configure, install, and configure security updates and other tools used for authentication and authorization.

● Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, codes of conduct and guidelines.

● Manages IAM priorities and timelines, and provides project plans and project breakdowns.

● Collect data, track metrics and analyze results for continuous service improvement (capacity, system health monitoring, availability and growth).

● Manages and monitors privileged user accounts (administrative accounts).

● Identify and implement necessary changes to resolve problems or defects.

● Identifies opportunities for streamlining and increasing efficiency through continuous process improvement.

● Creates applications that include code, functions and interactions with processes and other applications.

● Creates technical specifications specific to identity and access management (IAM) and designs IAM solutions that integrate industry best practices for access management.

● Adheres to all change management procedures to ensure change visibility and compliance.

Wanted:

● 3+ years of experience supporting a feature-rich environment with a strong understanding of IdM principles and practices.

● More than 4 years of Linux \ AIX experience.

● 3+ years of hands-on technical experience planning, designing and implementing IAM technologies and services with the ability to think outside the box.

● 3+ years of troubleshooting experience providing solutions and integrated applications.

● Experience with identity management architecture including RBAC and Policy Management.

● Proficiency in speaking and writing.

● Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

● Can work efficiently and produce consistent results with minimal supervision.

● Motivating, responsible, conscientious and detailed.
