The Customer Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources, aims to provide its colleagues with exceptional experiences every day. Global Talent Acquisition Services is revolutionizing recruiting, deploying AI, automation tools and optimizing recruiting tools to focus on talent priorities and improve the recruiting process experience.
The HR Reporting Research role will be part of the team’s experience team, responsible for developing and promoting reports and research across various areas, as well as supporting incident management within our risk management system. This role requires a good understanding of reporting tools, especially OBI, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Main Functions:

Ability to build and maintain trust while building relationships at all levels
Understand the reporting needs of our stakeholders and create value by creating solutions that work for them. Make sure you have a consumer-grade experience
Use data and analysis to drive planning, design and project management; Manage and resolve data integrity, compliance and reporting issues, and provide insight and feedback on local and operational markets.
Manage all compliance reviews as determined by monitoring and risk analysis, including planning, control testing, audits and reporting for all compliance-related activities.
Process requests received from Adhoc applications and create custom reports if necessary
Responsible for weekly/weekend dashboard maintenance
Conduct quarterly audits and system reports and escalate to resolve issues
Works in a team environment and provides support to other team members

Eligibility:

Proficiency in Excel and Power Point, hands-on experience with Tableau and other reports are mandatory.
Previous experience in HR reporting or talent acquisition would be an advantage. Must be able to manage large data points and identify call areas/opportunities and share recommendations
Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment
