Functions:

A CNC professional is something of a geometry hero. As a professional CNC, you will produce parts in Geometry by a sheet of paper and engineers. Your experience will bring many parts in our own property. As a CNC Technician, you will be part of a team that helps guests create memories that last a lifetime. People in this position may work from elevated platforms and enclosed spaces around Walt Disney World Parks and Resort. Responsibility:
It is necessary to create geometrical parts from printing
Must write and create sections within publication specifications
Work consistently and meet (or exceed) specific performance expectations
Understand and recommend improvements for mechanical systems
Cast members may be required to handle chemicals and cleaning equipment
Additional personal protective equipment may be required (face shield, goggles, refillable hand sanitizer, etc.)

Key Features:

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to read engineering and literature
Must have online programming experience with at least one for component developers; Mazak, Okuma or Toshiba
Ability to set up and machine parts on CNC machines / lathes. The experience must be more than a high volume production worker. Mathematical skills have proven to be able to build many machines with very little direction.
Ability to lift up to 50 kilograms
Professional writing and social skills
Proficiency in industry standard software and mobile electronic devices

Candidate Qualifications:

Experience with CNC boring machines, casting machining and weldments
Experience in the process of working with repair and maintenance parts, not just manufacturing parts. Experience with Mazak vertical and horizontal bikes
Experience with CNC milling machines and Okuma lathes
Programming experience with SolidWorks and Master Cam
