Jobs The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work with one of the world’s most progressive car brands. This position will include supporting the in-house store in all aspects of their licensed corner program. what to do
Facilitating work plans Liaison between customer complaint specialists and physical stores Preparation for vehicle arrivals WARP and CCC administration Communication with customer expectations Coordination of rental and transfer maintenance Maintenance of vehicle condition Maintenance of equipment and facilities Monitoring repairs and transfer and perform other related duties as assigned. .
What to bring
3 years of experience in the body shop industry. Vocational school certification in collision repair preferred. Valid driver’s license and good driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience and no insurance. Excellent written and communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. The ability to establish and maintain cooperation with those mentioned during the work, including the public. Microsoft Office experience preferred. Must be willing to train others. Must be comfortable working in a physical store environment. Ability to work independently in a limited supervisory environment. Must be 18 years old
