The Staffing Group (WFS) is looking for a non-exempt employee. The Director of Human Resources is the primary candidate to meet with members of the Management and Decision-Making Working Group. Recruitment coordinators are responsible for ensuring that candidates and stakeholders meet the highest level of client expectations. In this high-capacity environment, you’ll help employees get started, perform day-to-day tasks, and complete general tasks.

Impotent Role 

WFS Volunteer – Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and monitor New Hire Events (NHE) based on staffing forecasts to meet staffing needs in a timely manner. Complete post-event evaluations and communicate event evaluations to senior management.
  • Meet deadlines for initiating background checks and performing drug screening procedures to fulfill work orders.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with employee approval documents
  • Discuss with top candidates for needed and available jobs in Node.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process in accordance with Amazon policies and procedures.
  • Perform effective NHE duties including staffing, greeting presenters, client management specialist, IT support, photo signing and/or medication supervisor.
  • Leads the pre-planning, execution and review of New Employee Orientation (NHO) (supervisory) or (virtual). Communicate and adjust with the HR website and the team’s team site is welcome. Complete the screen on the processing and subjecting a small measure to the site and the managers.
  • Use the candidates customer to replace requests for requests and updates the incident.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience (credit card/ETP)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, operations, recruiting, human services or ‘other activites.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required.

Love Creation 

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment such as operations, management, customer service, retail, hospitality, other staff, recruiting, human resources or other work
  • Experience using customer tracking or other tracking and reporting systems such as Salesforce.
  • Work experience in human resources, operations or recruitment is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal language/writing skills
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people at all levels of authority. Flexibility and adaptability to deal with rapid changes and needs, including day-to-day office and business support.
  • Ability to work in complex organizations that change rapidly and constantly adapt to meet current challenges. This position requires working in these areas on a daily basis and must meet urgent needs.
