Full Job Description:

The main task of this role is to monitor the daily content delivery queue of third parties, reviewing all deliveries before uploading and placing them in line in the content life cycle. The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day communications for subscription status and content lifecycle partners to ensure the timely release of all content presented on Audible.

This includes, but is not limited to:

-Ingest a queue of third-party resource submissions daily, checking all submissions before adding them to your queue in the content lifecycle.
– Understand and respect standard operating procedures
– Understand the problem and use the resources/tools available to solve/fix it
– Escalates issues or discrepancies with information to the appropriate owners/groups in accordance with procedures and regulations.
– Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
– Comply with the work level agreement and the time schedule specified for the process
– Achieve the productivity goals that have been determined and assigned to the quality standards

Everyone is required to make judgment based decisions based on observations and procedures
