Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer applications and software
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Experience working remotely is a plus
Working Hours: This position offers flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to support customer needs.
